Pours a clear dark yellow with fine, soft head.
Smell is malty and a bit floral but with a quite strong notes of plastic and rubber, over some citrusy hints.
Taste is malty and a bit floral. The plastic and rubber hints are here as well, but not as much as on the nose, and it gets better as it warms. Notes of citrus, rye and yeast with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good kellerbier, just a shame about the plastic and rubber.
