Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of peach, apricot, citrus, oak, yoghurt and citrus peel.
Taste is tart with moderate acidity and notes of peach, apricot, lime and citrus peel.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, balanced sour.
