Creamy, pale brown head had some serious staying power. Hazy chestnut colored beer has an amber glow to it. Not much aroma, maybe a bit of dough and spring flowers, but even that is a stretch. Tastes like carbonated water mixed with freshly prepared dark malt wort (carbonic acid, sugary dark malts, and even some raw hop flavors). Weak, watery mouthfeel. I have had really good light Weissens (Kitzmann comes to mind) so it can be done, but this one is far from good.
