Pitch black with thin tan head. Head quickly dissipates and leaves little lace
Aromas of dark chocolate, toasted almonds, rich caramel, and a little bit of licorice
Syrupy sweet, tastes like dark chocolate with caramel and nuts
Heavy bodied, low carbonation, warming alcohol
Not as bad as I thought it would be. Better than most dessert stouts I've had.
