Pours a cloudy yellow color. A moderate foam head retains all throughout.
The malt aroma is bready and biscuity with strong notes of noble hops. Notes of grassy and floral spices, lemon, hints of fruit, cracker and honey.
The taste opens moderately sweet with bready and doughy notes of biscuit, cracker, and honey. Balanced by a clean but assertive bitterness that then mellows out and integrates well with the malts. It then brings forth earthy, grassy and floral flavors.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. The finish is dry and the carbonation is moderate to lively.
Nice. Easy drinking, refreshing and well hopped. A good example of Italian Pils. I would have again.
