Misses the mark. It lacks the smoother body and mild sweetness of many Oktoberfest beers. It’s not horrible, but it leaves a lot to be desired. I’m typically very generous with my ratings, but cannot justify a stellar score for this one.

From the can, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice off-white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets a light bit of citrus and sweet malt. The mouth gets a sweet malt flavor with notes of roast and caramel.
