Pours a deep, brandy-like amber with moderate carbonation and lacing. Sweet and floral nose. Tastes fantastic with maple sweetness balanced with hop bitterness and flora, citrusy aromatics. This a truly great, world-class barrel-aged tripel, and I'll have to check out other beers from this oddly-named brewery!
