A colab with with Great Lakes,A "doppelbock hybrid".Poured a mahogany color with a thick light beige head atop.Some dark fruit and smoke in the nose mainly although on the lighter side.Fruity and lightly smoky on the palate along with some caramel malts,a bit of drying earth in the finish.A doppelbock style brewed with ale yeast makes for a fruitier version of the style,not bad.
