We brewed this beer specifically for football Sundays in Western New York! This coffee and cream stout is brewed with Revolution coffee beans from Public Espresso. Besides the rich coffee flavor, this beer features a light roast from the roasted barley used, a light sweet finish from the milk sugar used, and a creamy body from the oatmeal used. Let's Go Buffalo!

Black color. Big, beige head. Roasted malt and milk chocolate in the aroma. Soft, sweet taste with some roasted bitterness at the end.

I am sampling a cold 12 oz can and pouring into a snifter. the beer has been in my fridge since a wedding about a year ago. It got buried a bit, but figured it was time to open this one. The beer pours a clear cola brown and has a little bit of a dense creamy beige head of .5 cm that fades quickly to a thin edge layer.
the aroma is some roasted malt and a bit of milk chocolate mixing with some sweetened coffee. Not any hop character and booze is hidden on the nose.
First sip reveals a medium body and very fine tingly carbonation. The carbonation is fairly gentle actually and rolls across my palate. Texture is smooth and beer drinks easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is roasted notes and sweetened coffee with a bit of milk chocolate too. The coffee lingers a little after each swallow. Never any hop character on the flavor profile either.
This beer drinks easy and has an enjoyable flavor profile. Glad I finally tried this one as its a pretty tasty coffee stout.

Pours dark. Tan foam. Coffee aroma. Big roasted coffee body. Quite bitter. Slight sweet finish. Creamy smooth. If you like coffee stouts, which I do, then this is a must try.

Pours like, well coffee with a tan head. The thickness of the head was incredible, so be careful when creating the head. Nose was like cold brew coffee. Taste was full on coffee and cream, slightly sweet. The feel was smooth, no harshness at all.

The can says “ brewed this beer specifically for football Sundays in Western New York!” so it’s Sunday, I’m watching the Bills/Jets game, sipping this brew. An impressive tan head sits atop a brown body. Very nice aroma of fresh brewed coffee & roasted barley. Not sweet or bitter, plenty of good coffee flavor & some roasted barley & a bit of hops but no lactose detected. The can is dated OCT/10/2022 & the ABv is 5.2, consumed on December 11. It seems to have used all its carbonation to produce that lovely head, it is flat. Combined with the low ABV the tongue is bored. And the feel is very thin, where is the promised creaminess? Overall: nice coffee flavor but somewhat disappointing but at least the Bills won.

One and a half inches of chestnut head slowly falls from a frothy beginning. There is no real lacing. The beer is very dark brown and clear, with mahogany highlights.
Roasted coffee is quite present, followed by malted chocolate. Warmth brings out cigar ash.
The flavors inside a Pretentious Glass Company Dimpled Mug pick up the roasted black coffee and add roasted malt. Chocolate is distant, as is faint fruitiness. Warmth brings out light sweetness.
The beer is creamy, smooth, and has a medium body. The alcohol is higher than expected, yet reasonable. It is dry, with modest fizzy carbonation.
This beer is well suited to be enjoyed while watching football, preferably the hometown Buffalo Bills. In my opinion, it is an Old School Stout, that is easy to consume, even at 6% ABV.

12 oz can split with my wife. Aroma and flavors of bitter chocolate, dark roasted malts, and coffee. This is slightly on the thin side but manages to pack in a ton of flavor nonetheless.

poured from 12 oz can into pint glass
Look- Dark brown color, lets no light through. light tan head that dissipates fast
Smell- pleasant and strong coffee smell with roasted malt and a sweet creamy smell
Taste- coffee and slightly bitter, roasted malt not as sweet and creamy as it smelled leaves an after taste like black coffee
Feel- body on light side for style, but still could have held a slightly higher abv.
Over all- Not a bad stout I would recommend a pint at a bar or maybe up to a six pack wont be a frequent purchase for me.

From tasting notes 6/13/19
Had on-tap at Big Ditch Brewing in Buffalo, NY
Appearance - Served up in a nonic pint, black with cola brown edging and a tan, broken layer of suds covering the surface.
Good lacing with broken webbing.
Smell - Fair amount of roastiness on the nose with hints of cream, chocolate and caramel.
Taste - Follows the nose, but with more balance and harmony. Creamy chocolate and mild caramel sweetness upfront before a good amount of coffee roast hits mid-taste. Finish is a good balance between the roast and sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with low to moderate carbonation. Silky smooth texture makes this an easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Very nice milk stout that delivers a respectable amount of roast to combat the sweetness. I dig that.

Very tastey with wonderful coffee notes on the nose and the palate, but it's a light body beer, something I really don't want in a stout. Yet, very tastey.
