WTF?!?! This was absolutely stellar. Take their Bourbon Barrel Aged Towpath imperial stout...& add 80 lbs of fresh raspberries, from a local (Erdle) farm. The raspberry punches you (pleasantly) in the face up front, the velvety chocolate imperial stout coasts you through the middle, & the bourbon visits you at the end. Brewed as a one-off for Thanksgiving weekend, I couldn’t feel more fortunate to have caught this one.
