On tap at Stoneyard Beer Hall and Grill in Penfield, NY.
This one pours a pretty clear light yellow, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
This smells like crisp grassy hops, pilsner malt, and slight mineral flavors.
This is a really solid pilsner- it's one of the better local pilsners that I've had around here. There are no off flavors, and there's a really solid hop flavor- crisp, grassy, and herbal, with a slight minerally finish, and a nice solid malt character- crackery and firm on the backend.
This is light bodied, with a crisp feel and a very high level of drinkability.
I'm surprised at how much I liked this- Big Ditch really nailed this one.
