Another good IPA from one of our favorite breweries. Not as crisp or forward as other offerings from Big Ditch. All in all a very nice beer.

This one pours a slightly hazy dark orange, with a big fluffy head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like pineapple and grapefruit mainly, with some pine on the back end.
This has a sharp and dry bitterness- I'm thinking it's enhanced by the use of Trois yeast, as I get a dry Brett and grassy flavor, along with a big dank pineapple hop flavor, and a bit of grapefruit rind. It's a bold yeast choice, and I think it worked out nicely.
This is dry, with a lingering bitterness, and a very crisp feel.
This is an interesting and unique beer- it shows some real skill from Big Ditch.

Like most hazy IPA pours like straight grapefruit juice in a glass. Nice head that hangs around. Grapefruit/Florida citrus nose. Taste is decent but surprisingly flat, not bad at all but a little bit of a let down. Definitely some sourness in there with a twinge of bitterness. Nothing hangs around very long on the palate. I enjoy it, but a little let down by the flavor profile.
