On tap at Big Ditch Brewing in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like passionfruit, sweet candied mango, lemon, and sour citrus.
This is solidly fruity, juicy, and firmly tart, and is a definite step down in ridiculousness from the smoothie-style sours you see more and more of these days. The passionfruit and mango share the stage equally. There's a solid and firm acidity, without getting out of control, with a lemony funk to it.
This is light bodied, clean, and juicy, with a very good drinkability, as the acidity is restrained but refreshing.
This is a nice middle ground between smoothie-style sours and actual fruited mixed-ferm wild ales.
