Look: Dark brown body with a reddish sheen beneath a creamy head.
Smell: The aroma caramelish, nutty, light toasty, and subtly mineralish.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma with medium and dark caramel dominating, rounded by light toastiness and nuttiness. A median bitterness balances it and it's lightly sweetish upfront but drier in the finish. It lingers gently for a few moments.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: Quite a nice dunkel that offers a little more flavor and breadth of character than some.
