Solid hefe with good mouthfeel; slight haze; a subdued malty/wheaty flavor and subtle banana/clove notes in the finish. Very quaffable. But if it was bottled on 250322 then if I interpret the date correctly it's a 13 month old beer. Probably was a lot better fresher.

Hazy straw color topped with a huge, pillowy white head. The aroma delivers classic wheat malt alongside banana and clove, hitting all the hallmark hefeweizen notes. The flavor is moderately sweet with that clean, classy hefeweizen profile. A textbook example of the style.

L-Hazy golden colored...nice frothy white head
S-Banana forward esters....a little vanilla and wheat, and some spicy notes..
T-Very nice banana flavors along with a slight hit of lemons...nice spicy clove notes as well.
F-Medium bodied...refreshing.
O-This would rate in my top tier of Hefe's along with Ayinger and Weihenstephaner. Probably more banana forward than those...

I find this one to be an incredibly smooth Hefe.
Without going into all the fine details, it's a solid choice in my opinion.

This beer really has an excellent aroma. Clean, fresh banana with a lot of cloves and a bit of orange peel. Excellent pour with a 3 finger solid heady top. Cloudy and a non see through. Bready, with huge banana flavor. Not as much clove as expected from the aroma. Very thick bodied for a Hefe. Extremely tasty and fresh. Good thing I only bought a six pack or this would be a long evening! This is a great beer.

Bottle from John’s poured into tulip. Nice banana/clove flavor, but could use it dosed up.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a good-sized, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of banana, clove, wheat and toasted bread. It tasted of cracked wheat, banana, mild clove and some caramel.

Aroma is big bananas and wheat/malts. The flavor is bananas, yeast, fruit/mild berries/sweetnessq wheat/malts and a slightly tart/mostly smooth finish.

Tall column of white head fills the thin Hefe galss halfway, while a pale golden body gets lightened by a white haze. Nose is moderately strong focusing heavily on the wheat, banana, bubblegum notes common in a hefe. Pairing with this is a dirty earthiness and light floral notes.
Taste isn't quite as complex, and seems rooted more in the earth than the air or trees. The light weight of the beer seems to strive for something more, but a moderate carbonation keeps the aspirations in check.
Some bread with a prominent, earthy crust opens up light notes of banana and maybe even a little bit of citrus leaves. The last part is hard to tell as it is light and seems somewhat citrusy, but there are earthy and herbal notes surrounding it. The beer is fairly refreshing , perhaps because it is not as in my face as some hefes.
