Enough with the house weiss, let's go pilsner. On to the beer:
There isn't much color to the body; it's pee yellow and almost looks clear. Visible bubbles run through the beer and a white half-inch head retain well on top. The nose has hay and a kiss of skunkiness, I suspect from drinking this outside on the sunny day. Graham cracker is noted too. Taste is grassy, somewhat clean, with kisses of leaves, orange peel, and crisp hops. The body is light and the carbonation offers a very crisp bite. For a weissbier brauerei, this is a respectable pilsner.
