Redefining the term 'liquid' this triple fruited Gose with Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Raspberry and Ginger is inspired by similar beers from breweries such as The Veil and doesn't so much pour as crawl into your glass.

Thick and intense is an understatement, this thing will wreck your glassware and probably rip off your cupboard doors for the hell of it.

Advent Calendar 2020-08. COD 29/09/20. Pours mad pulpy, pinkish red, lots of unstable foam. Lots of raspberry in the smell, some currants. Taste is nicely tart, but also fairly sweet. Buckets of fruit, entire hedgerows. Thick, chunky, no ginger. Very nice .

A 440ml can, canned on 29th September 2020, with a best before date of 29th March 2021. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.

Appearance: A murky and puree like beetroot purple, with a big three finger purple head that dissipated fairly quickly, while leaving some lacing and puree like bits.

Aroma: Fruity, mixed berry smoothie, blackberry, Ribena, blackcurrant, raspberry, and some light ginger notes.

Taste: Lightly sour, mixed berries, Ribena, blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry, with a light ginger spicy kick.

Mouthfeel: Creamy, thick, full bodied, pulpy, with moderate to high carbonation.

Overall: Easy drinking, very fruity, alcohol well hidden, it’s smoothie like, but is it beer?
