Nose has candied whole orange, dates, figs. Brown banana as it warms.
Sharp mineral-rich arrival. Apple sauce, discrete toffee with notes of pasture fed cream. Banana and bubble gum coming along when its been sitting in the glass for a bit. Dry finish, a littel tartness like red table grapes. On the whole dry for the style, wich makes it very drinkable. Yet retains alot of fruit.
