A lighter imperial stout. Light in roast character and light in body. No head. Heavy carbonation. Slightly malty or even sour smells like soy sauce or stale ale. Mostly chocolate flavours with moderate bitterness.

A 330ml bottle with a best before date of February 2023. Poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Black in colour with pretty much no head and no lacing.
Aroma: Roasty, malty, chocolate, molasses, with notes of caramel, coffee and dark fruits.
Taste: Moderately roasty, chocolate, umami, soy sauce, dried dark fruit, molasses, caramel malt, with a hint of coffee.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: Aroma and flavours were fine, but the body was definite lacking and much lighter than I would prefer and expect in an Imperial Stout.

Inky black color with a good sized tan head that slowly recedes.
Huge roasty smokey nose with bits of licorice. Flavor adds some caramel maltiness and hints of earthy hops but follows the nose.

Served in a balloon glass at Las Buenas Pulgas. Black colour, small head with short retention. Small lacing.
Aroma of chocolate, dried fruits, smoked notes, spices and some unpleasant thing that I don't know what it is.
Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation. Smokey finish.
Taste of dried and red fruits, chocolate, spices.
Not bad, except for the aroma, maybe because of a bad conservation. Have to take it again.
