This is an outstanding brew house! When you pull into the parking lot you are given a stunning view of the hop fields behind the brewery as well as the perfectly situated brewery building itself. With a copper colored roof and dark wood framing, this brewery fit perfectly into the farm landscape. On entering the building there are signs announcing live music weekly, special events and new brews on tap. It strikes you as a vibrant place. The tap room is well thought out and smartly situated with shelves of bottles on the right, a display of shirts, glasses and other breweriana in front of you and the bar to the right. The bar is curved wood and steel and allows panoramic views of the fields and hills of the fingerlakes. Nedloh has made the beer tasting experience a pleasure with well marked and described beers on the menu and artistic barn board signs hanging informing you what's currently on tap. The brews were truly artisanal productions featuring hints of flavors and unique combinations of tastes and smells.

Nedloh is Awesome and I would highly recommend checking them out if you're anywhere near the area. The facility was beautiful, the beer was great, and the staff was super friendly. Me and a group of friends went on the Sunday of their opening weekend. We sampled four of their beers and everyone was super pleased with everything they had. We were able to try the porter, saison, ipa, and berliner weisse. Everything was excellent. I see a review on here mention off-flavors and a pretentious attitude. That is possibly the most moronic thing I've ever heard in my life. My group finished our tasting right before close. We all wanted to have a pint but it was just minutes before close and the staff was visibly drained. The owner over heard us ask for a pint so he immediately came over to wait on us and sent his staff home. That's not something you see very often. Very nice guy too. I'm very excited to see what this brewery has in store for the future. Do yourself a favor and check this place out

I was extremely excited to see a new craft brewery opening so close to my house. My dad and I went to the grand opening yesterday, and tried the 4 beers they had on tap.
The brewery building is beautiful- a ton of money clearly went into its creation. Similarly, there is brewery merchandise and swag everywhere- you can buy one of about 4 types of sweatshirts or 4 tee-shirts as well as bags, coasters... That would all be cool if the beer was excellent too. Sadly that wasn't the case.
Each of the beers I had was one of the worst I've ever had in that given style. The Berliner Weiss was absolutely disgusting (and I've had good Berliner Weiss beers before so thats not the problem), the porter was watery and lacked good porter flavour, the IPA had some funky off flavours, and the Saison, while the best of these beers was a poor Saison in my opinion. All of the beers had some of the weird off flavours of the berliner weiss, almost like they goth infected with the same lacto bacteria... Not good.
It would be one thing if a poorly funded brewery in a hole in the wall brewhouse was churning out bad beers, but the pretentious attitude and million dollar brewhouse in combination with poor beers was truly off-putting. I'm truly bummed this brewery was so disappointing. Will not be going back in the near future as there are much better breweries in the Finger Lakes region.
