This was one of the true surprises of the night from a brewery I had never heard of. Coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, and peppers all quite detectable and well balanced. I definite touch of heat on the back on from the pepper, which was appreciated. This brew could easily go head to head with mexican cake and hunahpu.

2017 vintage. An impressive blend of dark chocolate, coffee, cinnamon and subtle bourbon notes. Very good.
