I was driving from Anchorage, AK to Houston, TX and as I was cutting through Fort Worth I found this brewery via untapped. I met the owner and his wife and they were super nice and welling to talk to me about their brews. The place is in a warehouse area and it is hot but they have a misting system working to help cool you off. This is a small brewery but the beers are outstanding! I see Breaded Ell growing!
