Brown color with beige head. Aroma has yeast esters, mostly banana, some wheat sweetness and a hint of caramel. Taste follows with banana, yeast spice, a touch of roasted malt and a slight bitterness on the finish. Medium to light bodied with high effervescence. Overall it's quite good, classic dunkelweizen.
