This is a hefe-weissbier with spelt. From the 0,33 l bottle, it pours a hazy caramel color with a modest off-white head that soon diminishes to a thin layer. The Scent is bready with a bit of sharpness from the spelt. The taste follows, the end result being a pleasant wheatbier.
