Black pour with a small dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Taste is smooth and creamy with flavors of slightly bitter coffee, caramel, roasted malt and vanilla.

Now this is how you do a a coffee stout. First off this is got to be the best head I've ever poured from a Stout in a can, massive foam party. Smell is roasted coffee, French roast type. Taste is very much coffee forward with slight sweetness from the lactose. Overall this is way better tasting than many other coffee flavored stouts out there including many imperials. 4.75

Had high hopes, but this lacked in taste. Bitter aftertaste, not a strong coffee presence nor enough milk sugar.

Pours chocolate brown with a 1 finger dark tan head. Rich aroa of coffee, cream, and caramel. Taste like the aroma. Some vanilla and roasted malt. Light mouth feel with medium carbonation. Some mild acridness. Lingering dark coffee. Really nice coffee stout. Light enough to drink several but still big flavor.

Not a bad brew. It almost has everything I'm looking for in a coffee stout except that it's too thin. Please make thicker and you will have a lifetime purchaser.

Cafe Au Lait Stout has a thin-to-medium beige head, an opaque, chocolate-brown appearance, with noticeable beige yeast globs, and minimal lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of deep, dark coffee, milk chocolate, and roasted malts. Taste is of those elements, with fairly substantial bitterness. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Cafe Au Lait finishes sweet.

On tap at the brewery. Very good beer, almost more like a porter than a stout. Anyway, coffee, roasted malts, and coffe on the nose. Some slight sweetness from the lactose, extremely drinkable and refreshing. Great job!
