Brewed with Admiral Gallagher’s Best pale malt and loads of Chinook hops. The piney character of the hops was supplimented with Douglas Fir and Redwood essential oils from our friends at Juniper Ridge. All of the arboreal madness hopefully will evoke warm memories of sitting around the Festivus pole. Happy Holidays!

Pours hazy. I get a lot of Belgian eatery aroma. Same with the flavor. Overly yeasty. Slightly murky looking. Piney frontal assault. Hits the spot. As far as I know this was not brewed with a Christmas tree, only hops!
