Super roasty with notes of coffee and oak even though this is the unoaked version. A little smokey. Very dark with minimal head. This beer should be good in a barrel. Very dry with minimal sweetness

One of the nicer non-BA imperial stouts I've had, along with Cellarmaker's excellent Vasteness of Space. Lots of roast, very well attenuated, no lingering sweetness.
