Our gose is a tart wheat beer brewed with mineral heavy water and fresh ground coriander. Gose is barrel fermented with a blend of lactobacillus and brettanomyces, which creates a bright, fruity aroma with stone fruit and citrus esters. Fermentation and aging with lacto, as opposed to kettle souring, allows the fruity lacto esters to remain instead of volatilizing them in the boil.

I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at Hopvine Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: cloudy golden hue with a thin head of ivory foam. Not too bad.
Smell: a little bit of a farmhouse funk as well as refreshing wheat and a hint of sourness. I like it.
Taste: sourness is a bit funky, and there's a bit of butteriness here. There's also a nice grassiness. Salt is light, which is good. More "wild" than "sour", but not bad nonetheless.
Mouthfeel: light body with a decent carbonation. Refreshing.
Overall: this is an interesting beer. It does not strike me as the perfect Gose, but I find it quite pleasing to drink. Definitely worth a try.

Pours an almost neon yellow. Nose of citrus and tropical fruit. Drinks almost like a radler, kinda taste like fresca or sprite. Slight tart and funk. Very light and drinkable, it would make a great summer lawnmower beer. Not a typical gose but a good beer

On the citrusy end of the gose spectrum. A little salinity, a smoothness to the body from the wheat. Really solid.
