On tap at the Red Hot, this was my first experience with HM beers. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Both on the nose and the palate, the beer delivers plenty of tropical fruit, pine, citrus and hoppy goodness. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile (though you can tell it's up there), and the finish was dry, bitter and long. The flavor profile is actually a bit on the sweet side, but the hoppy bitterness comes on strong at the end, and completely dries out that sweetness. Excellent beer. Can't wait to see more from this "new to me" brewery.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
