Aggressive pour yields a thin half finger of foamy head that eventually condenses and settles in as a nice little cap. Body is thin and brown with a mildly ruddy flavour... like iced tea.

Nose is pleasant roasted malts. Nutty and roasty with a depth of faint chocolate and caramel.

Flavour is roasty and almost carries a decoction type character. Faint cocoa and a touch of coffee bean bitter/nuttiness. Finish draws in with a final kiss of hops that are a hint grassy, but almost white-wine-grape tart. Aftertaste is almost honey sweet and reminds me of something I can't quite nail down.

Thin body with a snappy persistent carbonation that finishes with that same spritz as seltzer water.

On tap at Holy Mountain Brewing in Seattle, WA.

This pours a light brown, with a small head, and a lot of lacing.

This smells like toasted bread, caramel, chocolate, etc.

This is definitely light, but has a phenomenal malt character nonetheless. It's smooth and creamy, toasty and bready, with no hop character.

This is light and a little thin, but very drinkable.

Not many breweries are making these beers, so I'm happy to see it.

Had on tap at Holy Mountain. The body is a hazy dark ruby brown, with a finger white head that slowly receded. Aromas consist of roasted coffee, toffee, caramel, and a hint of dark chocolate. The aromas are subtle. Flavors are the same, also subtle. The feel is dry, surprisingly medium bodied for the 3% abv, with medium carbonation. Crisp and foamy finish.

Had at Holy Mountain. A nice, smooth, low ABV ale. A very dark caramel color. Has the weirdest smell of any beer I've ever smelled though; the closest thing I can compare it to is spaghetti sauce. Wasn't expecting that. Taste is super malty, like a malted milkshake. Light and drinkable. Strange little beer.

Solid and very classic English dark. Quite drinkable and smooth. Good malt and hop balance. Finishes smooth and easy and I wanted to order another but the keg blew (sad face). Definitely try it if you get the chance.
