Appearance: Arrives a hazy goldenstraw with a modest head that leaves a few spots
Smell: Biscuity, oaky and vinous with a citrusy hop aspect
Taste: Opens with a touch of the biscuit, but the tropical fruit and earthy tones emerge; citrus and oak tones build, through the middle, spicy tones, after the swallow, with the biscuit lingering through the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: So impressed with Holy Mountain's versatility and this beer shows off their strengths

This pours a clear and light straw yellow, with a small head and not much lacing.
This smells like lemon candy, sour floral aromas, and grass.
This is quite simple but very tasty. It's super lemony, with lots of floral character, some wheat, vanilla and oak. It's really quite delightful.
This is light bodied but substantial, and super drinkable.
Holy Mountain makes some amazing saisons. This is so flavorful for being so low alcohol.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at TeKu Tavern in Seattle.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam.
Smell: richly malty with a dose of funk. Kind of smells like a wet dog, but somehow in an appetizing way.
Taste: quite richly flavored; unctuous malt with a mildly piquant tartness. Maybe not for everyone, but I like this.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a very fascinating sour table beer. I actually kind of like it.

On tap at Chuck’s Hop Shop, Seattle.
White ring over hazy lemon gold. 4
Fresh pears, clean grain, and slight tang. 4.25
Table water crackers, lemon zest, cidery bite, a bit of earth, no real phenols, and an herbal end. 4.25
Lacto-ish fizz, light, crisp, crisp. 4
Bright nose, and the flavor follows - just so fresh. Incredible amount of flavor in a small package. Touch of tartness keeps it refreshing. Not huge experience of the style (i.e. table beer), but hits the mark for me. 4.25

Incredibly complex, bold in flavor and bright in character for such a low gravity strength. Holy Mountain packs a ton of taste into quite a small, meager package.
Servent's Table pours the common pale, hazy straw and with a fluffy arid white froth. Its scent leads with biscuit and white wine with the mustiness of weathered cork, bright citrus and tropical fruit with an earthy, peppery tingle. Wafer-sweet, its maltiness is softly wheaten with hints of angel-food cake in the backdrop.
As the middle opens up, its earthiness and sweetness recede and its quintessential fruit and spice steal the show. Berry, grape, apple, lemon and under-ripened orange align with white pepper, cumin, coriander and oak tannin for an even-keel balance that signal the brewer's precise control over microflora. Oaky late with soothing vanilla, cashew and dry caramel, a return of earth looms.
Light, zesty and like creamy champagne, the beer's wheaty remnants keeps enough body to round out the fruit, spice and wood quality. Trending more peppery the longer the taste lingers, the flavors fade in a medium-short afterglow with an aura of damp burlap and musty hay floating delicately above.

Lime zest lightly crackery a bit tart a bit of Brett. Sweet mint.
Lime, hints of lemon doughy hints of honey, soft, pillow, dry, slammable. So much flavor for ABV.

Look: Hazy light orange-yellow body, thin white head.
Smell : Vanilla from the oak, citrus, wheat, some mild funk. A bit of spicieness and menthol from the noble hops. Mildly perfumey.
Taste : See above.
Feel : Medium carbonation and body, slightly tart upfront, pretty smooth finish.
