A soft, modern take on an English pale ale, Engrailed is brewed with a large amount of pilsner malt as well as wheat and flaked barley. It was fermented with a blend of house ale strains in oak puncheons and hopped exclusively with simcoe.

Hazy yellow draft half pour to snifter. Hops displaying pineapple, strawberry on the nose. Taste is very balanced between the malt, hops, and funk. Wood is subdued. Medium feel and carbonation.
