Collapsed Earth is a Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner Malt, 2-row, and a portion of malted and unmalted oats. It was hopped heavily with Citra and Nelson Sauvin, fermented with one of our house ale yeasts, and dry hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin.
