Bonne Nuit is our Belgian Style Strong Ale that we brew once a year with our friend and Beer-Itual Advisor, Jerome Seipp. This version was taken from our 2015 vintage and aged for 16 months in Sauvignon Blanc Barrels with two different strains of Brett.
