A barrel fermented Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Tired Hands Brewing. Satan is Real was brewed simply with pilsner malt and hopped throughout with Tardif de Bourgogne from Gamache Farms in Toppenish, WA. After running off through Tardif leaf in our hop back, the beer was fermented cool in oak with our favorite lager yeast and left to lager in our cold room for almost 5 weeks.
