A hoppy session beer brewed with a combination of german and english base malts along with a touch of malted wheat and oats. Hopped in the kettle with citra, galaxy and cascade, and then dry hopped with citra and galaxy. Light bodied with bright lemon and citrus hop character. It's a crusher bro.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: murky yellow hue with a thin layer of frothy white foam atop. Hazetastic!
Smell: huge tropical fruity juiciness. I dig it the most!
Taste: flavor delivers on the promise of the aroma. Fruity hops with enough sweetness to be super juicy. Very tasty indeed!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a pretty good carbonation and a solid creaminess for the style.
Overall: I could drink loads of this beer. Juicy and awesome.

not sure if this is always a wet hopped beer, or if we caught it at just the right time, but the one they were pouring when we were in was wet hopped with mosaics, and i must admit, its really awesome, the essence of mosaic here, fresh from the fields, an awesome and easy drinking session beer due to the super low body and alcohol content, as well as the relative lack of bitterness from the hops, despite it being fairly hop heavy, an obvious dry hop focus. fresh cut pineapple, orange zest, and grapefruit burst forth in oily goodness in the aroma and the flavor of this one, somewhat vegetal, and obviously mosaic, although that cant be all can it? there is an almost spicy hop finish to this, perhaps some earlier hop addition with something other than wet mosaic. i love when beer this fresh and flavorful is so sessionable, and having a beer like this on tap makes me want to stay here and drink beer all day long. an impressive specimen, you dont see enough wet hopped session beers, everyone is trending imperial these days. a welcome respite from the giants, and a really tasty beer. i had no idea holy mountain did the hoppy stuff so well too!
