A Pale Ale brewed with Thomas Fawcett Maris Otter, malted wheat, flaked wheat, and malted oats. Pale Messiah was fermented with a special strain of English ale yeast and hopped with Amarillo, Motueka and Citra. It was then dry-hopped with Motueka.
