Borrowed Light was brewed with 2-row, pilsner malt, and malted oats. It was hopped in the kettle with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo and then through our hopback with Citra and Cascade leaf. After primary fermentation in stainless, it then went through secondary fermentation with brettanomyces in oak puncheons, where it continued to condition for almost 3 months. Finally, the beer was dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo.
