Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.
A Dangerous Meeting is a barrel aged Belgian-Style dark ale brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Other Half Brewing. It was brewed with Pilsner, Maris Otter, Munich, and an addition of Belgian Dark Specialty Malt. A large portion of sugar was added to the boil along with Magnum and EKG hops. After primary fermentation with one of our favorite Belgian strains, it was then transferred into Port barrels, where it continued to age for over a year with Brettanomyces. Refermented in the bottle with Brett.
