Temple of Heaven is a blend of barrel aged beers fermented in oak with a variety of wild cultures. The blend was then transferred into a stainless tank on top of massive amounts of fresh nectarines from Eastern Washington, where it went through a secondary fermentation under pressure for 3 months. Conditioned with Brettanomyces.
