The water & the Well was brewed with Canadian two row, german pilsner, flaked oats And british malted oats. It was hopped heavily with late additions of citra, simcoe and Mosaic, and fermented with one of our favorite yeast strains that originated in London. After fermentation, It was dry-hopped with large amounts of citra, simcoe and mosaic.

16oz can with no date poured into a Teku on 11/26/21.
Pours 1.5" of foamy white head. Color is a murky light orange.
Smells tropical, like mango and pineapple in a blender.
Tastes fruity with strong bitterness and drying in the finish.
Mouthfeel is astringent, effervescent, and medium-bodied.
A very good West Coast style IPA, close to a double IPA in flavor and aroma.
