Dinkel (Spelt) Dunkel (dark) was brewed with 60% German malted spelt, along with malted Wheat, Pilsner malt and a small amount of dark specialty malt. It was hopped lightly with German Tettnang and fermented cool with a traditional Bavarian Weisse yeast.
