This is our “Turkish Coffee” blend that incorporates stock of imperial stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 17 months and 12 months. The blend was then transferred into a stainless tank and aged with coffee and cardamom.

Appearance is fully within expected parameters for an imperial stout. Coffee is fairly mild and the cardamom a bit too much for me- it's certainly here to stay and perhaps overpowers the coffee. Body is entirely appropriate, full bodied, good carbonation, silky smooth. Cardamom is strong here and you'd want to make sure that's something you would like before going out of your way to drink it.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head. Aroma is a prominent cardigan with coffee. That’s is also a very pleasant predominant cardigan with coffee. Texture is very thick
