On tap at the brewery from a tulip. I didn’t take notes on this one, so I won’t provide tasting details.
In my Pacific Northwest home with our current state of an over-saturated market of impressive IPAs, it is hard for me to get excited about the style anymore. There are just so many around and the majority are great.
Which makes it all the more impressive when one IPA stands out from the crowd. Enter the Weathering. If you love IPAs, you will love this one. If you are tired of IPAs, you will love this one. If you’ve never had an IPA, your beer palate will never be the same.
