Barrel-aged imperial stout that started as a robust base with einkorn, millet, black rice and smoked, red corn. It was aged for 1 year in a combination of Kentucky bourbon and Tennessee whiskey barrels before blending.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is an extremely pleasant spiced malt. Taste is also a very pleasant spiced malt that has a little alcohol taste that can easily be cured with a few months of aging.
