Appearance: Arrives relatively clear and golden colored with a two finger head that splatters lacing
Smell: Tropical funk with citrus and vinous oak tones
Taste: Nectarine and passionfruit forward with a peppery, vinous aspect building; quite funky, through the middle, with the vinous oaky flavors rising in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This is a special collaboration that is complex and well balanced but brings acidity, funk and oak together
