Appearance: Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a one finger head that slowly fades; squiggles of lacing
Smell: Bready and funky with a hnt of honey
Taste: Honey and bread flavors forward (almost like shortbread) with the Brett bringing the funk in the mid-palate; herbaceous and funky into the finish, with underlying sweetness
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Surprised by the low ratings here as I quite enjoyed the combination of the honeyed flavors with the Brett

Opaque yellow, thin foam
Barrel, I think. Not much else.
Bright but no fruit flavor, for me. Would've guessed this was a pilsner, but earthy hops help.
Very dry finish.
