Familiar Doom was brewed with Two Row and Pilsner malt and a touch of malted wheat. Aggressively hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, Experimental Hop 630 and Comet in the kettle. Hopped with whole leaf Simcoe in the hop back. After fermentation with one of our favorite yeast strains originating in London, it was heavily dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Citra.
