Poured from a bottle (no date I could find, bought it back in 2019 I think?) into a small wine glass
L: pours an opaque orange gold with a dense head that fades after a minute. Leaves a slight layer of foam, lots of visible carbonation despite cloudy appearance
S: great funky saison nose, some of those tart lacto notes with a funky Brett backbone. Get some lemon, a bit of hay, sour funk, a little tangerine/clementine aroma as well
T: follows the nose, lightly tart more of that cheesy hops/Brett funk going on. Light lemon flavor, a bit of flesh and zest but fairly restrained. That tangerine flavor comes though nicely, especially as it’s warmed
F: medium- body, medium+ carbonation, a bit of that oaky body thing going on
O: a very nice blended ale, with some lighter citrus notes on a more restrained Brett funky base. Not life changing but delicious mixed ferm goodness

This is an amazing and complex wild ale.
-Blended ale incorporating beer aged in wine barrels for one to two years-
Pilsner and wheat malts with aged hops. Blend of one and two year beers aged in Washington wine barrels with house cultures. Once in the bottle brettanomyces was added.
