Engine of Ruin is an IPA brewed with Pale Two-Row, German Pilsner, and British Malted Oats. It incorporates a unique hop combination of Simcoe, Mosaic, Enigma, and a hint of Sabro in the kettle. After a clean and cool fermentation, Engine of Ruin was aggressively hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Sabro, Galaxy, and Strata, creating an awesome yet balanced array of tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas.
